2. Product Information & Allergens

  • Handmade Nature: Our products are made in small batches by hand. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in colour, texture, and yield may occur—this is part of their artisanal charm.
  • Ingredient & Allergen Information: Detailed ingredient and allergen information is listed on each product page and physical label. It is your responsibility to review this information before purchasing, especially if you or the gift recipient have food allergies or intolerances.
  • Food Safety: We prepare our products in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, nuts, dairy, and seeds. While we maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee our products are completely free from traces of allergens.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
  • You warrant that all details you provide when ordering are accurate and complete.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout via our approved payment gateways. Your card will be charged at the time of order confirmation.

5. Delivery

  • Risk & Ownership: Risk of damage or loss to the products passes to you upon delivery. We retain legal ownership of the products until we receive full payment.

6. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

Our policy on returns and refunds is detailed in our Delivery & Returns Policy. As a summary:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."
  • We offer a full replacement or refund for products that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
